These five programs are designed to endow participants with attitudes, tools and competencies relating to confidence, abilities to connect, vision, creativity, time management, learning and entrepreneurship. Considering participants are focused on bridging the gap between ideas and action, they create traction and facilitate action between people. The program is structured in modules and each module is based on the previous. The order of these modules is altered based on the needs of the organization. Each talk can be given by itself or in combination with a workshop. Workshops are important complements to the talks, since the former generate action in a more concrete and profound manner. This is how you achieve Crear Creyendo (Building while Believing).
